Returns & Exchange policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Packapony purchase, we will gladly refund the cost of the item or exchange it. Please return the item within 21 days of its shipment date together with your address and banking details, where appropriate. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (incl. receipt). Please note, you may incur a further postage fee on any exchanged items. Exchanges and returns will be processed promptly upon receipt of the item.
