Packapony donates 100% of the profit from
our gift wrapping charge ($3) directly to the Royal
Children’s Hospital Foundation – Working Wonders
for Sick Kids. This foundation raises funds
and
invests in a grants program that is visibly
seen to
work wonders in the care and treatment
of sick
kids. Go directly to their website by

At Packapony, we attach an origami paper
crane
to all of our gift boxes. Why a paper crane?
In
1955, a young Japanese girl named Sadako
was diagnosed with Leukaemia. Sadako began folding
paper cranes after she heard about an old
Japanese legend which said that anyone who
folds a thousand paper cranes would be granted
a wish. Sadako completed over a thousand paper cranes before she died at age 12. The paper
crane has since become an internationally
recognised symbol for peace and hope –
especially for
sick kids.
