ABN is 17647790295.
The proprietors are Susan Martin and Sarah Robinson. Packapony
engages contractors to assist with business functionality,
processing and production.
Terms & Conditions
Pricing & Payment
All prices shown are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include
GST (10% Goods & Services Tax). The default payment
option is by credit card using Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa
or Mastercard. You do not have to have an account with Paypal
in order to make a Packapony purchase. Australian customers
can pay over the telephone using their credit card, by cheque,
by money order or by electronic deposit if they prefer.
Packapony reserves the right to alter the prices of our
products or postage without notice for any reason. Customers
will be entitled to receive the lowest price for an item
and corresponding postage charged as at the date of their
order. Packapony is not responsible for refused authorisations
from credit card companies or banks.
Using the Packapony website
Packapony and its representatives, employees, directors
and associates in production and maintenance of this website,
will not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that
may result from the use or inability to use the Packapony
website. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance
by you on any information obtained from Packapony, and any
claim for loss of profits, loss of programs or other data
that may result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions,
deletion of files or emails, errors, defects, viruses, or

Refund & Exchange

Packapony is committed to providing quality products to
our customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Packapony
purchase, we will gladly refund the cost of the item or
exchange it.
Feedback is greatly appreciated.
Exchanges
Please return the item within 21 days of its shipment date
together with your address and banking details. A further
postage fee may be incurred on exchanged items. Items must
be returned in their original condition, together with packaging
and the receipt. If you received your Packapony item as
a gift, we will gladly exchange it without a receipt.
Refunds
Postage will not be refunded on returned items except in
the unlikely event of faulty workmanship or quality. Refunds
will be made directly to the original purchaser not the
gift recipient. Refunds & exchanges will be processed
promptly upon receipt by Packapony.

Standard (up to four items to one delivery address, allow

Postal address
We recommend that you provide a work address for delivery
of your Packapony item if you are typically not at home
during postal delivery times. If you do provide your home
address and you are not at home at the time of attempted
delivery, Australia Post will generally leave a “parcel
pickup” notice in your letterbox requiring you to
attend at the named post office to collect your parcel during
business hours.
Out of stock items
If your requested item is not currently in stock at the
time of your order we will contact you as soon as practical
to inform you of the expected delay. If you would prefer
not to wait, we will gladly arrange an alternative item
or provide you with a full refund.
Postal problems
Packapony will take all reasonable care and will follow
all recommended Australia Post procedures when posting your
order. However, unfortunately Packapony will not be held
responsible for any delay, loss or damage that may occur
by Australia Post or any other carrier (through no fault
of Packapony or our associates) for either our local or
international customers. This includes, but is not limited
to, industrial action, incomplete address details or the
condition of your Packapony purchase upon receipt. If you
have any concerns, we will gladly discuss alternative options
for postage, insurance, timing or delivery with you.
Bulk buyers
For big orders, please do not hesitate to contact us for
a quote on delivery and postage charges so as to ensure
the cheapest/quickest/most secure option for you.
